Who is the South Florida Homes Team?

If you have not heard of the South Florida Homes Team you need to know who they are. This is especially true if you are looking for a new home in the North Dade, Broward or Palm Beach county area. The team of Maya Galletta and Andrew Burrow have decided to combine their expertise and help those who want to buy a home, sell their home or invest in homes for the future. If you combine the experience of this South Florida Homes team, they have about 20 years between them. They both have enjoyed a successful business in real estate and this move will just make it easier to help those who need the proficiency and guidance of realtors. Three terrific new buyer’s agents, Rosario Schwartz, Ashley Morales and Jim Wrona have been added to expand the professional skills of the team even more. The South Florida Homes Team believes that service is the key to providing the best for their clients. The realtor that understands what his client wants and can make that happen will be the most successful. The client expects this from their realtor and when it is provided, buying, selling and investing in real estate can go smoothly. Andrew Burrow is a Florida native from Coral Springs. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 and holds a degree in Business Administration. After working for Prudential for several years, he joined Re/Max Direct. He has been there for more than 7 years.

Although Maya Galletta was born in Caracas, Venezuela, she was raised in Weston, FL. The FAU graduate has a degree in education and has two sons who share her passion for real estate. They often accompany her on a showing.

Jim Wrona came to visit south Florida and loved it so much he moved here. Transferring from Penn State University, he graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He has a Liberal Arts Degree in Mass Communication. Recruited by Re/Max Direct as a Sales Manager when they opened in 2001, he had had his real estate license since 1997. Ashley Morales is a licensed real estate agent who was originally from Kansas City, MO. Working with the South Florida Homes Team for the last 5 years, she helps with the administrative side as well as buyers and rentals. She also is an EMT certified in Florida and spends time working at a drug and alcohol center that treats women with these problems. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Rosario Schwartz earned a degree in public accounting in 1996. Her father owned a real estate business, which she was always helping with. Although she continued her education in accounting, she always wanted to be involved in real estate. She works with the South Florida Home Team in accounting and real estate. With the outstanding team they have put together, Maya Galletta and Andrew Burrow have one of the best real estate services in the South Florida area. The clients to whom they provide their services may be international, from out of state or from within the state. This is a team of will insure their clients find what they are looking for because they listen to what they want.
